71 II K Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (Contract No. GS-29F-0004L)

• SIN 712-1 Project Management: Comprehensive support for the design, reconfiguration, relocation and increasing/downsizing of office space and similar facilities. Furniture, office equipment and furnishings included.
• SIN 712-2 Assets Management: Supply customer agencies with services designing and installing systems to manage office furniture and related inventories, includes warehouse and property disposal management.
• SIN 712-3 Reconfiguration/Relocation Management: Services for reorganizing, consolidating, warehousing and/or opening new facilities. Furniture, office equipment and furnishings included.
• SIN 712-4 Furniture Design/Layout: Services for inclusive furniture consultations, interior design and product specifications. Furniture, office equipment, and furnishings included.
• SIN 712-97 Ancillary Repair and Alterations: Ancillary to the SINs under Schedule 71 II K

03FAC- Facilities Maintenance & Management Services (Contract No. GS-06F-0021S)

• SIN 811-002 Complete Facilities Maintenance:  Services related to the complete operations, maintenance and repair of military and government facilities. These services include but are not limited to a combination of painting, pest control, grounds maintenance, landscaping, tree trimming, snow removal, janitorial, all mechanical, operations, maintenance and repair of building systems, heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), elevator inspection and maintenance service.
• SIN 811-003 Complete Facilities Management Services: Include management of Facilities in support of SIN 811-002 and associated with Complete Facilities Management services and to assure fully adequate and timely completion of all services. Included this service will be a full range of management duties and energy management services including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling and quality control, including software support services, computer and/or facilities management systems, and upgrade.
• SIN 871-203 Training on energy Management: Including, but not limited to, reducing energy consumption, mitigating risk with energy systems, operating systems efficiently, making energy efficient system choices, and energy efficient buildings certification programs such as LEED.
• SIN 871-207 Energy Audit Services: Including, but not limited to, developing, executing, and reporting on audit plans and/or perform energy and water audit services. Energy audits may range from cursory to comprehensive. Including, but not limited to data collection, data analysis, benchmarking with tools such as Energy Star, and written recommendations of suggested upgrades of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including their impact on energy consumption and pollution can include recommendations for using alternative Energy Sources. Energy efficient buildings certification programs such as LEED may be included.

• SIN 132-51 Information Technology Services: Includes resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, millennium conversion services, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, subscriptions/publications (electronic media), and other services.

• SIN 71-1 Packaged Office: Includes and provides government agencies with a complete office solution, including but not limited to delivery, storage, installation and ancillary services related to the project.
