The Assistant Project Manager’s (APM) will work with the Senior Project Manager (SPM) to determine the project schedule, monitor and report on team member goals and expectations, and provide timely feedback. The APM will assist in the creation of an effective management of project plans, risk mitigation plans, and communication plans. They will also assist in the determination of resource requirements, project costs and all other project management-related tasks. The APM will aid in the development of and/or review of estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience. The APM will manage relationships and coordinate work between vendors, sub-contractors, and different teams at different locations while performing day-to-day management of all phases of the project.

Provide overall management direction of multiple Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) related projects. Responsible for the implementation, customization, training, and ongoing maintenance of CAFM systems. Assist in developing new business opportunities from all sectors. This position requires interaction at the senior manager and executive level to build client relationship and present/persuade executives of the benefits of CAFM products and services.

Under direction from the Project Manager, the CAFM Analyst will participate in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) related projects. Assist clients with the information queries and ongoing maintenance of CAFM systems.
This position requires interaction with clients and the manager to build client relationships. Ensure the client is getting the maximum benefits from their CAFM products and services. Specific experience with AutoCAD required.

Under direction from a Project Manager, participate in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) related projects. The Project Manager (PM) will, working with the Program Team, determine project(s) schedule; define team member roles, and provide timely feedback on multiple project(s). The PM, working with the Resource Manager, will ensure that project(s) resources are used effectively and that risk mitigation, and communication plans are managed. The PM will provide all project management-related documentation.
The PM will develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience. The PM will work with multiple teams at different locations, performing day-to-day management of all phases of a project(s).

Under direction from a Manager, this position will build on the technical strengths and business acumen of the associate. The candidate will work with systems and technologies that support the entire organization. The IT Systems Analyst will be part of a strategic team that will map out and implement system architectures and functional business systems utilizing rapidly changing technologies.
Although activities related to staff personnel management are not emphasized, ability to establish a close working relationship with internal and external clients is key to success. Specific experience with Sybase, MSSql, Oracle, HTML, XSL, XML, Java, and Java Script required.
