Assistant Project Manager/Sr. Management Analyst

The Assistant Project Manager’s (APM) will work with the Senior Project Manager (SPM) to determine the project schedule, monitor and report on team member goals and expectations, and provide timely feedback. The APM will assist in the creation of an effective management of project plans, risk mitigation plans, and communication plans. They will also assist in the determination of resource requirements, project costs and all other project management-related tasks. The APM will aid in the development of and/or review of estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience. The APM will manage relationships and coordinate work between vendors, sub-contractors, and different teams at different locations while performing day-to-day management of all phases of the project.

Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will, working with
the Program Team, determine project(s) schedule; define team member roles,
and provide timely feedback on multiple project(s). The PM, working with
the Resource Manager, will ensure that project(s) resources are used effectively
and that risk mitigation, and communication plans are managed. The PM
will provide all project management-related documentation.
The PM will develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions
for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating
models, best practices, and past experience. The PM will work with multiple
teams at different locations, performing day-to-day management of all
phases of a project(s).
